An owner's evidence about her dog, Rufus, who has brought so much joy, love and success into her life.
RUFUS was 8 years old in the October of 2010.
By his intelligence and inventiveness he became the leader of the pack soon. Having a very strong personality, he always has his way. He had great difficulty accepting the fact that there was a stronger will than his: its owner's. After having gone through an intensive dog school, he has learned basic behavioural tasks: he became more disciplined and obedient. He is of endless energy, he is capable of romping about for one and a half, two hours, then after a short break he would start running and playing (if he finds anyone who is able to stand the pace!)
His mates cannot always keep up to his speed - and as stubborn as he is - quarrels, sometimes are inevitable. This little "terrorist chief", on the other hand, can flatter and court like a cat, some minutes later. He is becoming more and more loyal and faithful as he is getting older. When in getting into trouble he is "brainstorming" until he finds the solution with which he can avoid danger. He is the type of dog which matures late.

We may thank Rufus for his 19 splendid and successful offspring out of three litters living in seven countries. Nine of them are regular attendants of international dog shows. Their owners take pride in all of them as they gained 65 Champion titles during four years; are the champions of several countries, multiple BOG and Reserve BOG winners, fulfilled the Junior Field Trial, moreover some of them had the working exam at the age of only 12 months. Many of them achieved outstanding results: 2/two Junior European Winners (at the age of 13 months), 1/one European Winner with BOB, 3/three Reserve European Winners, 1/one Junior World Winner, 1/one World Winner, 1/one Reserve World Winner, 1/one Crufts Reserve CC (at the age of 22 months) Six times they earned the Best in Show and twice the Reserve Best in Show titles.

Blümchen von Ihlwald -aka Alice- was born in the summer of 2009 in Germany, then she moved to Hungary. She has brought colours into the daily life of her family and gives them lots of joy.
Her show carreer started well and we plan to continue this way. Moreover she learns obedience and the hunting exam is also our aim.

United Spots Macintosh - Mac for friends. Nice character, clown of the pack, natural born pretender.
Great singer (yes, really): unique tone, incomparable legato and improvisations, but awful pronunciation. Ball addict. Great sweeper: good anticipation, excellent timing, ferocious tackling. Very selfish player, do not expect any team work. Would starve to death with a ball in his mouth. Voluntarily, I mean. Barks first, asks later. First to use smarts and nose to solve problems.

Peppermint Girl von Trollhausen - Pihe for friends and for anybody who would feel silly to shout "Peppermint Girl von Trollhauseeen" all the day. Real bitch. Relentless persistence, "pet me!" eyes, a finger in every pie. And comments everything. Food addict. Devours almost anything, including raw timber of several deciduous tree species.
Voluntarily, I mean. And yes, I do give her normal dog food twice a day. Quite quick and agile, has a lot of stamina.
Good drive for birds.
